Great customer service but returns process costly
I ordered items which arrived promptly and as expected. Unfortunately they were too big and therefore I had to return them. The returns period is only 14 days which is shorter than most retailers and you have to pay for returns (£11 in this case because of the value of the goods and the fact that I'd been away for most of the 14 days so had to pay for next day). No issue with the product, delivery or the company. However I'd probably think carefully about buying again due to the short returns period and the cost of returns
