Return Policy

CHRISTMAS EXCHANGE POLICY:

All orders received from the 03/11/24 – 24/12/24 will be valid for our Christmas Exchange policy. Customers will have until the 15/01/25 to exchange their order for a different size or a new model. Please note that a refund within this extended time frame will not be accepted, refunds are only available within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please also be aware that our prices can fluctuate; if the price is different when requesting an exchange, you will be invoiced for the price difference, once paid we will dispatch your exchange.

If the invoice is not paid within 14 days, we will return your original order back to you. Please allow 5-10 working days for us to process your exchange.

If we are out of stock of the requested size, we will contact you via email to discuss alternative options.

Please purchase a postage label using a tracked and signed for delivery service and send to the address above. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us.

International customers will be liable for any import duties that we incur when receiving your return/exchange. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded. Only international exchanges will require an additional shipping cost before being dispatched.

Once we have received your return, we will check to make sure everything coincides with our Terms and Conditions and we will then process your refund within 3-5 working days. This will then show on your original payment method within 1-3 business days.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

How long do I have to return my item?

You must send your return/exchange within 14 days of receiving your product. Any later than this and your return/exchange will not be accepted.

How do I create a return?

Please purchase a postage label using a tracked and signed for delivery service and send to the address below. We recommend using Royal Mail / DPD / UPS / DHL. Please refrain from using Evri to send your return where possible.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us.

How long does an exchange take?

Please allow 3-5 business days for your exchange to be processed. If we are out of stock of a requested size, we will contact you via email to discuss alternative options. 

How long does a return take?

Once we have received your return, we will check to make sure everything coincides with our Terms & Conditions and we will process your refund within 3-5 working days. This will then show on your original payment method within 1-3 business days. 

How do I cancel my order?

If you decide you do not want your order within 1 hour of purchasing please email our customer service team at info@doubleboxed.co.uk or get in touch via live chat. Please note our customer service and live chat is only available Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

A 10% cancellation fee is processed on all orders due to our payment merchants policies.

Due to how quickly we aim to dispatch orders, if this item has been shipped or it is past the 1 hour time scale, this order cannot be cancelled and the return policy applies.
