Shipping Policy
Please note that goods are only shipped Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Double Boxed dispatches all packages from the United Kingdom using a tracked and signed service with DHL, DPD, Royal Mail and UPS.
Delivery updates with tracking information will be sent via email so you are kept informed on your order as soon as it's placed.
Double Boxed will not be responsible for parcels that go missing due to incorrect shipping address given.
Double Boxed is not responsible for parcels that are not collected from the Post Office in the time-frame given on the courier website. These items will not be 'returned to sender' as our address will not be written on or inside parcels for obvious security reasons.
International Postage
International postage costs will depend on the weight and value of the item, this price will be shown at checkout.
If you are based outside the United Kingdom, the following postage timeframes are calculated at checkout.
International buyers may receive a customs charge. Double Boxed is not responsible for this charge and it must be paid by the customer. Failure to pay the customs charge will result in the order being returned to us and you will not receive a refund for the initial shipping cost.
