Each pair is hand-painted and made to order specifically for you. Because of the detailed craftsmanship involved in our custom service, please allow 15-20 working days for production before your trainers are dispatched.
Once your order is ready, it will be shipped via a tracked service. A tracking number will be emailed to you immediately upon dispatch so you can monitor your delivery.
RETURNS
Due to the bespoke and highly personalised nature of our custom products, we operate a no return and no exchange policy. Once the customisation process has begun, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Returns will only be considered in the exceptional event of a manufacturing structural defect or if the incorrect item was received. In such cases, you must contact our support team within 14 days of delivery, and the trainers must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all Double Boxed tags attached.
